Holistic implementation for trade and industry

We support entrepreneurs in various phases of development and see ourselves as a long-term partner. We build the necessary structure to initiate topics that would otherwise get lost in day-to-day business. We firmly believe in involving your employees in important decisions. Because they are important sources of ideas and implementers.

Growth strategies
for the SME sector

In order to successfully establish the new location, the focus is on effective customer acquisition and the development of suitable market entry strategies. Building strong partnerships strengthens our presence in the market and ensures long-term success.

Operational performance improvement

Optimizing operational business processes in trade and production improves efficiency and productivity. Modern technologies and adapted working methods can eliminate bottlenecks and speed up processes.

Corporate
continuation

What is the right set-up for my company for the next 10 years? From building a strong second management level, to selling to an MBI candidate, to joining a corporate group - there are many options. It is important to address this at an early stage, also in the interests of your own employees.

Industries in which we are active

Industry

Rising costs and strong fluctuations in demand characterize the agenda of many medium-sized production companies. Improving the company's operational performance is a basic prerequisite for sustainable economic success. In some cases, far-reaching changes are also necessary. We work analytically, develop recommendations for action and implement these on site with your team.

Craft

Processes in the skilled trades can be implemented faster, easier and more efficiently through clever design and the use of digital tools. On the one hand, this makes it possible to get by with fewer staff and, on the other, to increase customer satisfaction. Ultimately, optimized processes lay the foundation for profitable work and healthy growth.

A selection of our projects

We like to be where things are moving. These are factory halls, warehouses and labor-intensive operations. We are passionate about digitalization and focus on pragmatic solutions that have a lasting effect.

Consolidation of production plants

Support with the merger of 6 production plants in 5 countries into a joint production network. The focus was on realigning the product range for each plant, vertically integrating production expertise and optimizing logistics flows.

Digitization of processes

Evaluation of the current level of digitalization and definition of measures to reduce costs and optimize throughput times. In addition to introducing digital tools such as tablets, smartphones and smartwatches in production, we selected suitable software tools and sensor technology on the line to collect and process data and ultimately simplify and automate processes.

Optimization of spare parts supply

Following a strategy project, we restructured the spare parts supply for a leading gearbox manufacturer. The measures implemented included reducing throughput times in production, optimizing logistics processes and adapting customer service to the needs of customers.

Implementation of the brand entry of two pharmaceutical companies in Germany and Switzerland

As part of the acquisition of pharmaceutical products and the introduction of new products, the need for a local organization in Germany and Switzerland arose. In addition to sales and customer service, the processes for logistics, quality, regulatory and pharmacovigilance were also adapted to local conditions.

Development of a Europe-wide customer service network

Development of a Europe-wide network of cell phone repair stores with over 300 locations in Europe. This was preceded by the development of a blueprint for the commercial concept and the operational processes in the stores. The project was carried out in cooperation with dealers and manufacturers.

Development of decarbonization concept & implementation

A decarbonization concept was developed as part of the strategy of a manufacturing mining company. In addition to electricity production (photovoltaics), the potential of battery storage, the adaptation of production processes and mobility were also taken into account. Implementation began with the construction of a solar park.

Optimization of the production network of a milk processor

Development of a network strategy, taking into account the product strategy for individual markets as well as production and logistics costs. A detailed implementation plan was drawn up and the implementation was accompanied by professional project management.

Delivery of building materials directly to the construction site

Implementation of a concept for the delivery of building materials directly to the construction site for a large manufacturer. In addition to the procurement of new vehicles, this required an adaptation of the route planning logic and the processes towards the customer.

Introduction of an inbound hub for a producer of white goods

As part of measures to expand a plant, an inbound hub concept was developed. This made it possible to outsource delivery traffic outside the plant premises and significantly increased the efficiency of goods receiving processes.
